IS²TEM 2027 Singapore uses the EasyChair conference management system. If you have previously submitted a paper here or to another conference that uses the same system, you will already have a user account at EasyChair and after you click the link above, you will be asked to login. If you do not already have one, you can easily create an account. Please remember your login credentials, in case you need to access your registration details at a later time.

Pre-Conference Workshops
Three optional concurrent pre-conference workshops (on Day 1) are planned. Each workshop is THREE hours. Lunch will be provided for the workshop. There will also be separate Learning Journeys organised.
You can only sign up for ONE workshop on a first-come, first served basis during registration.
The cost of each workshop is SGD100, inclusive of 9% GST.
Payment Options
Credit card: Major credit cards are accepted.
After submitting your registration, please click the “Pay Registration
” button on the next page to complete the payment process. Conference fees are charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD). However, payments are processed through EasyChair, an overseas-based platform, and your credit card issuer may impose additional administrative and/or foreign transaction fees.
Department/Centre/Project fund: NIE staff can opt for direct debit from their Department, Centre, or Project fund. Details such as WBS number/Cost Centre, GL Code, Project Number (as appropriate) will be required during registration.
IFAAS: This option is only for officers in local MOE schools, Academy of Singapore Teachers, and MOE HQ. An e-invoice will be sent to your school/division upon successful registration. Full details will be required during registration: school, address, school cluster (if applicable), Sub-BU Code, and contact person.
Cheque payment: Please make cheque payable to “National Institute of Education”. Indicate on the back of the cheque the name of participant, institution, email address, contact number, and event (IS²TEM 2027). Only local cheques, made out in Singapore dollars, are accepted. The cheque should reach us within one week after successful registration. Post the cheque to:

Payment and Refund Policy
Conference registration is required for attendance and presentation at the conference. Fees are stated in Singapore dollars (SGD) and inclusive of 9% Goods & Services Tax (GST).
For presenters, upon acceptance of abstracts, please register and make payment by 31 March 2027, 12 noon Singapore Time (SGT, UTC+8) to enjoy the early bird rate. IMPORTANT: For payment via credit card or cheque, payment transaction must be completed by the deadline in order to enjoy the early bird rate.
Important: At least one author for every accepted poster or paper (individual or as part of a symposium) is required to register and make payment by 30 April 2027, 12 noon Singapore Time (SGT, UTC+8). Otherwise, your paper will be withdrawn from the conference.
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be officially submitted via email to the Conference Secretariat ( is2tem2027@nie.edu.sg) no later than 20 April 2027.
Please quote your conference registration number, personal particulars, and mode of payment.
40% of the registration fee will be charged for processing refunds.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 10 May 2027.
Refunds will only be processed after 10 May 2027.
