We welcome discussion of sponsorship, tradeshow participation, and alternative partnership models that align with your organisation’s interests and the goals of IS²TEM 2027. Please contact the IS²TEM 2027 Secretariat to discuss the available opportunities.
Once an arrangement has been agreed, organisations will be provided with a Sponsorships and Tradeshow Exhibitor Confirmation Form to confirm their participation.

Tradeshow
The IS²TEM 2027 tradeshow provides exhibitors with an opportunity to engage directly with conference participants throughout the conference.

Final booth specifications, set-up arrangements, and exhibitor guidelines will be provided to confirmed exhibitors.
Concurrent Session Workshops
All sponsors and tradeshow exhibitors are entitled to conduct workshop session(s) as part of the IS²TEM 2027 concurrent session programme. Conducting a workshop is optional.
Each workshop session is 90 minutes in duration. The number of workshop sessions available is determined by the selected package. Please refer to the Sponsorship and Tradeshow Exhibitor Tiers above.
Workshop topics should offer meaningful professional-learning opportunities relevant to science and STEM education. Workshop proposals will be discussed with the Organising Committee and scheduled subject to programme fit, venue availability, and logistical requirements.
As workshops will run alongside other paper presentation concurrent sessions, participant attendance for individual workshops cannot be guaranteed.
